This is only a design work with no code. And it is only 1 page- the home page so the budget is the right one. Feel free to submit an entry and it would be considered seriously.

Is the context we provided not enough? As for images, feel free to use any and use dummy text as well. At the moment, we are more interested in the layout and look of the page. Our preference is a non-standard site that is a bit unique.
The mistake I have so far seen with many submissions is the assumption that we are displaying vacations and making them bookable on this site. No, this is just an informational site, as mentioned in the brief.
