Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a new logo for our book keeping company. The logo we have is of 3 coggs, but whilst we like the design, its rather old fashioned and we are looking for something a bit more contemporary with or without coggs. We also diversify in to Digital Marketing , so a logo that incorporates an indication of this as well would be of interest. I enclose copies of our current logo.
