Illustration Design Brief

To incorporate Black Lives Matter symbol with the US State Georgia Flag. To show that Georgia flipped from red to blue. It was all made possible by African Americans. Take my design to the next level... somehow showing the amount of years Georgia has been red (Republican) and now is blue (Democrat).. I want the years represented... but not how I did this. Ideally I want this design on a royal blue shirt... but not sure how to do that. Also... would like the design size to be 12 X 6
