Logo Design Brief

I run a property services business and im looking for a logo and business cards to match
at the moment i have 2 websites one for Eastern Property Services and one for Clean my Carpets however i want the logo and cards to be focused on Eastern Property Services.
services include (carpet cleaning, lawnmowing, hedges, tree trimming, rubbish removal, house cleaning , landscaping, ect) i try to almost do everything a tenent or home owner would need in the way of maintenance and a focus is around move in and move out tenants
i was thinking something like E.P.S for short
