Graphic Design Brief

I need a book cover (front, spine, and back) designed for my completed book. The cover needs to be 5 x 8 and will be uploaded to Amazon. The title is:

Above and Beyond: Heatfelt Stories of the American Police Officer.

This book is a compilation of positive, uplifting stories of Police Officers going above and beyond to serve their communities. This book is being published to combat the negative news and social media stories that flood the internet.

The interior is currently being formatted but it looks as if the book will be around 162 pages.

Must have

• I am not an artistic person so I don't have a solid idea of what the cover should look like. Here's what I'd like to see...
  
  An American Flag (possible waving)
  A police officer saluting or maybe the sillouhette of an officer on the cover (this is not a must but might look nice)
  Possibly a police badge or a police patch
  Possibly a police tahoe or police car with red and blue lights activated
  Possibly a police statue or picture of a police memorial
  
  The color blue represents police officers so that is a must.
  
  I would also like to have 'Foreword by Ann Carrizales' on the front cover.
  
  Like I said above, I am not an artist so I will be relying heavily on opinions from the pros. I have the back of book blurb completed and can upload that when necessary.

• possibly a thin blue line symbol
  
  This book is similar to the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. It's a bunch of feel good stories about American police officers. Anything I didn't mention that seems like a good idea is welcome.
