Brochure Design Brief

Require a double sided A3 folded - so 4 x A4 page brochure on the company to provide to potential clients showcasing our capabilities.
I have an idea what I would like, but am not a graphic designer so struggle with making it look attractive.
Page 1: Photo of shed steelwork + logo, company name etc
Page 2: Who we are, where we are, capabilities and technological advantages
Page 3: What we do, what we will do for the new client
Page 4: Photo with contact details
I dont mind if the designer can create the basic design and can fill in the details later once the design is finalised.
Have uploaded some basic photos similar to what I could use, however they are low quality so would need higher resolution. Also uploaded a basic flyer we currently use to show previously completed projects just for information.
