Yes, this is a complete redesign of the website. The homepage will require the most design elements, with the other pages being pretty templated.

What is the acceptable file format of the deliverables ? You have mentioned that we must use one of those themes, do we have to submit WordPress files or use the elements of those themes and submit design files (Adobe XD or PSD) ? I can deliver either of those, just asking for clarification.
