Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and business card design for a new real estate company located in the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. The company name is "Treasure on the Coast Realty" and will be specialized in selling, leasing, managing coastal properties. We will like to see a logo that integrates some beach elements such as beach house, ocean/waves, sun, sand, palms, treasure chest, pin, compass, among others without cluttering. Preferably colors are ocean blue, orange, light green, yellow, gray, sand and any other color that reflects calm, nature and energy of the beach. We will like combination of modern, creative and elegant design.

The target market are people that want to purchase a real estate property in the coastal towns of Puerto Rico.
