Logo Design Brief

I need a modern logo for my new painting and carpentry company (repainting/renovates houses and apartments) that catches people's attention to se my logo. My company is called "Segra Maling & Bygg AS" (Maling & Bygg AS should be connected), and is a Norwegian company. The logo should be able to be put on a company van, but also on the clothes I'm wearing while working. The logo should look professional but needs that extra finess and touch to get people's attention, maybe with colors combined with chrome, bronze, gold, or cool design? Want some blue colors in the text and the rest is up to you. Impress me =)
