Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Melbourne, Australia that helps people purchase property, and acts on a buyers behalf to get them the best deal. Think of a real estate agent who acts for the seller, but we work for the buyer. Company is called "CT Property Advisors" and would like to see designs that incorporate "CTPA", use of houses or relevant to real estate and property. The design should be able to be clearly defined, simplistic and eye catching. No real preference in colours, open to suggstions but stay away from the similar light blue colours to the attached examples. This seems to be a very popular colour in the industry. Possible idea using the "CT" as the distinctive logo, with "CT Property Advisors" next to it or underneath and slogan "The Buyers Choice" in smaller print for example.
