Flyer Design Brief

Looking for a catchy, creative, trifold brochure to give a description of services offered. This would be used for new potential customers. Our primary colors are royal blue, light gray, and white as included in our logo. The logo does include "restoration", however we only want this brochure to be focused solely on the commercial cleaning side for janitorial services as we already purchased a brochure for the restoration.
