Flyer Design Brief

I would like a creative double sided Real Estate listing flier/mailer to send out enticing people to list their house for sale with me. An example in my head, but feel free to be creative,.. would be one side with a Weiner dog with a sack of money on its back saying something like " its time to cash in" and the other side having some kind of southwest backdrop ( I live in Arizona) or luxury home, with my photo and my contact info saying something like list your house with me, or see what your home is worth etc.
