T-shirt Design Brief

I will be needing the following image to be turn into a clear background graphic that I can put on a t shirt. This graphic will be to get the attention of hardworking people in the field of hvac. I will be needing the man to look mascular standing straight to give of a superhero vibe. The image is of the back of the man I will be needing the mans head to be turning to the left ( see example 2). I have attached an example of what i am looking for more or less in the hvac field blue and red are the most used colors but i would like to also see it in black and white
