If you don't like this design, leave it with zero stars. Or eliminate it without stars.
Low 1 and 2 star ratings downgrade the designer's personal rating and he has no motivation to come up with new ideas.

I do not actually got your point. If I remember right, Frrst of all I have not given any stars yet. Secondly, why those stars are for if not to rate? Or I supposed to put only 5 stars, o otherwise I will be attacked by unhappy crowd?
