Logo Design Brief

I’m starting a new commercial real estate development platform and new a logo/brand. I’ve already created the entity “Brian Lu Enterprises, LLC”. I thought it might be creative to incorporate the acronym “Blue” into it and obviously make the logo blue haha.

The platform will incorporate several services so I was going to have a logo that had the ability to have different entities/services be “interchangeable” File example below.
