Logo Design Brief

The project involves the creation of a corporate logo for an agile online company called Digital Bamboo.

The flexible, strong, long life of Bamboo are core characteristics of Digital Bamboo which as the name suggests specialists in the provision of specialist online digital services.

Operating in South East Asia the company has a distinct Asian flavour, feel and sensibility, hence the use of the term Bamboo.

In contrast to its traditional Asian Roots Digital Bamboo is a thoroughly future focused company which exists and works entirely within the digital world.

Accessed, anyway, on any device anytime, Digital Bamboo is the back office of many online businesses. In this way, it empowers and supports the germination of innovation to make the lives its users simple, elegant, and peaceful.

The depth of history and time that comes from Asia combined with the elements of elegant simplicity sum up the essence of this modern online digital company.

Requirements

Must have

• 1. It must have the text Digital Bamboo with a corresponding Logo that captures and represents the elements outlined in the above in Task Description.
  
  2. The design must cater for the translation into different languages when used in the context of a business card. To this end, the design must use both sides of a standard business card. One in English and the following side available for translation into different languages (i.e. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai)

  3. The logo must translate to standard traditional corporate stationery, i.e. letterheads, mastheads, as well as all digital channels, websites, email, etc.
