Logo Design Brief

We are an Australian based IT Consultancy looking to redesign our aged logo and introduce some colour. We support small to medium business with computer systems, maintenance, hardware procurement, networking, cloud, internet and VOIP services to name a few.
We are a small business looking for a professional, fun and modern logo.

We would like the new logo to incorporate the below:
Name: Akisanti
Tagline: IT Solutions for Small Business
Colours: Lime Green (#9CFF00), Grey and White (while these are preferred colours we are open to other suggestions)
*vehicle to be sign written is dark grey dual cab utility
(We would also like the logo to be available in greyscale and reverse colours if possible)

New logo could have an icon to be used as a favicon, social media posting or similar as I know the name is not easily memorable.
We don't really want anything cartoon orientated, we would like easily readable and recognizable.
We would like a logo that engages small business owners and that by contacting us they can be confident in the services they will receive.
The logo will be used on website, business cards, vehicle signage, polo shirts, button up shirts, social media, marketing, etc.
