Logo Design Brief

Land Development site needs a logo design that evokes aspirational quality. We will be using this in both print and digital products (website, online and print brochure, video, facebook, instagram etc) and is the 2nd development of this type (first branding linked - https://lilybrook.com.au/) As it is by the same development company we would like to keep the entwined OO, in the lillybrook logo, to provide a subtle link to the previous project and start to build an umbrella brand for the development company. I would like to see designs in an Australiana muted palate that will match nature photos and subtle external facades and interiors. It should feel attractive, approachable and inviting.
