T-shirt Design Brief

Hi there, I need to recreate two t-shirt designs for an event coming up. I have included a picture of what I want the theme to be like. There will be a mens and womens top.

The Men's top I want kept pretty much the same as the attached image, but change the Top text to say "Crossfit Kia Maia" only and the singlet text to say "Suns Out, Guns Out"
For the Female verison, id like the same image but change the man to a woman and the dog to a larger dog like a pitbull or staffy.
