It would be much more efficient to hire a web designer to revamp your site instead of doing flat designs and then having to redesign with HTML/CSS. The budget you allotted means you have no respect for our work. I doubt your gonna get submissions.

sorry, Ch, but the budget is too low to get even authentic designs concepts. let alone having authentic designs hand coded. this project cost at least 500+ for authentic designs excluding coding.
