Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new, online company called Academic Entrepreneur. The business is targeted at academics thinking of undergoing a career change, who need career coaching, and / or who have a product or service they want to promote to a wider audience ("democratizing research").
The logo needs to suggest innovation, creativity and professionalism. It will be used on a website which is largely white, but with splashes of colour (lime green, blues and maybe splashes of other colours, eg orange pink). Some style inspiration and the web template we are using are attached.
