1. we are an aggregator portal that lists all deals and discounts (Happy Hour, etc.) for restaurants and bars. the layout is similar to Yelp and TripAdvisor, without the ratings.
2. the target market is identical to Yelp and those searching for restaurants on TripAdvisor.
