Logo Design Brief

My husband and I are purchasing an Inn. It’s called "Jackson Falls Country Inn" . The theme of the inn decor is modern farmhouse. There are water falls close to the inn (hence the name Jackson Falls).

The attached file is a very flat idea - but it shows the simplicity and style (but it totally lacks depth and creativity!)

We are after something that will be clear on a sign, represent the style we are going for and eventually this will be shown on branded items (soaps etc).
