Logo Design Brief

IF Realty is a family-owned business that needs a need a logo facelift. We need new cards, signs, etc. The image on left is original. The image on right is an attempt to update a few years back. Please bring us into the 21st Century while paying homage to the fact that the company was created in the '70s. IF are the founder's initials but he does not want to use his full name so some ideas below to incorporate.
