Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for my company called Ensure Health and Safety Ltd. I consult to primarily the beauty and hair industry providing businesses with covid19 response plans, risk assessments and safety statements in line with legislation and regulation. I am open to other industries also but these would be my starting point and main focus.
'Letting you take care of businesses safely' is the tag line.
Most health and safety logos appear to be masculine/bold colours. I would like something that would appeal to all industries but particularly beauty/hair/skin
The design should communicate trust and authenticity to a professional brand.

I would also look at using my name as a logo - Nicola Walsh

I would like to see various options, the company name is Ensure Health & Safety Ltd, but I am also considering personal branding as I am the business. I was recently awarded Lifestyle Leader in the Beauty Industry (picture attached for reference).
