Project littlebilly123 is the screen name for a middle aged man, ungroomed, overweight, clothes outdated that is a child predator in real life but in the gaming world he portrays this young innocent name to play games with little kids and gain their trust. I want to get this character known worldwide to open up the door of communication with parents and their kids to warn them that you never know who is on the other keyboard playing with you. its ok to play but here is a platform to talk about the dangers and the line of questions that a child predator may ask you and what to look for etc. This character logo image needs to be relatable to little kids and Tweens. I am picturing a middle age man, ungroomed at his computer with kid books piled high, kids candy on the desk or his pockets, a bunch of lollipops in a candy bowl / etc. use your mind to be creative and in his mothers basement in the background etc,,, if that scene is possible. half cartoon looking like character with some real aspects is the Vision. A true virtual Villian in disguise behind a keyboard! VV up in the name of the Project means Virtual Villain
