Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my chiropractic office. I have been in practice in the same town for 30 years. I am known in the community. I don't advertise. I have a very family oriented practice. I treat everyone from a 2 week old baby to 93 year old. My kids have all grown up in the office. I used to take them to work with me the they were little. One of my 4 daughters will be come a chiropractor as well and join me in the office in about 5 years.
I have lots of family pictures on my website. (www.drleap.com) Many of my patients, I have know for 10-20 years. I am doing a re-model (upgrade) of my office and my designer suggested that I look for a new logo. I would like more focus on the word "Chiropractic" and less on the word "Valley".
