Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a new entity in the transport industry.
Our business is called "NGT Express".
We run an express overnight transport service to Exmouth and Coral Bay in the North of Western Australia. The area we service is famous for diving, fishing and Whale Shark experience.
We purchased this business off of a company called NGT Logistics, but our logo must be different in all ways.
We also have a transport business called Gecko Logistics Group.
We would like to use Green, Blue and possibly Orange
