Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new brand. We are a California, USA based company specialized in Soft cooler for recreational fishing. Our brand will be name " LONG FIN" Long Fin is a type of Tuna aka. albacore tuna. We are looking for logo with that represent a Long Fin Tuna. There should be a Graphical Logo along with the Typography of the word LONG FIN.
We also would like to have a "Badge Like" design, almost like a seal.
Color should be light blue or color that represent the oceans, but yet can also look good in black / white color for print purposes.
I have included some logo file that we like. But would like it to be more simplified
