Any reference website for inspiration?

We'd like to work with the existing layout, if possible. If you have an idea that changes it a bit but is just so much cleaner, then I'm definitely open to it. Again, I have a vision and I know what looks good, I'm just not a web designer, it's not my strongest medium.
