Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our parent company, Now Retail Group. This company owns a few retail brands that operate vending machines, including Powerpod, van buuren, Beautique, and Health Pod (see logos attached).
We won't need the logo for much, primarily for our website. Given it's for a corporate/parent company, it doesn't need to be too flashy, but should still look professional, clean, and modern. I've uploaded a few mock ups but we don't love them. We're open to seeing different ideas.
