Do you have something in mind that you want in the inside part of the hole aside from the smoke coming out? and also it's better if you could provide a picture of your arm (the part where you want the tattoo should be) so that participating artists can have a better decision on what to design. Thanks for the suggestion Mark, a picture of my arm has been added. I want the tattoo to start just above the elbow and go up and possibly over the shoulder.

In regards to what could be in the hole I like the openness of the attached picture where it is simply a sky landscape, I have also thought about the idea of a candle which could start the smoke. I am trying to capture the idea of peace and openness but am open to ideas on how to portray that...
