Logo Design Brief

I am looking to redesign my logo and I need some good ideas for a new modern, professional looking logo that incorporates my environmentally friendly brand. My company name is AllServ Environmental, we are a professional environmental service business offering many services such as mold remediation, water and fire damage mitigation, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning and exterior cleaning services (deck,house, concrete cleaning). My current logo does not tie together with the company name and what we do. The color scheme is not great either, I would prefer new colors or better shades of the current colors.
