Web Design Brief

I need a website designed for a high end luxury custom home builder. I would like the website to host a number activities. A blog/vlog on the page where I can post about the projects being built how to's what to look out for during the build, A designated testimonial page but also having testimonials posted on the other pages like the gallery linked to the photos of the completed projects. a gallery page, an about us page, services page that demonstrate what we do and what we are capable of, and hopefully when I start winning awards, and awards page.

I recently completed a design crowd page for my logo and will post the logo documents below.

Target Market(s)

I'd like to target professions with cash enough to build a house. I would like peolpe to understand that they are buy a price when they are getting quote to build there house. It seems like people just look for the cheapest price and end up with an inferior product. Where as people need to understand that a builder with the high price ( not astronomically higher 15-20% higher) are the ones with correct systems in place, a bide by correct OHS and use proper and correct product. If that can be conveyed through the website somehow, without saying it directly, it would be awesome.

• I would like the testimonials to have a designated page (mentioned in the brief) but I would like the testimonials to be linked to the gallery page and when the picture are open of completed job the relevant testimonials would pop up near the pictures.
