Label Design Brief

For a newly founded micro-brewery in Eastern Austria, we need beer labels to start production. We will be starting with three beer-variations, thus different 4 labels total (Basic label + 3 variations). The beers are made of natural ingredients (water, hop&malt) sourced locally and we are aiming to attain bio-certification. The motto is "Vom Feld in die Flasche" (From the field to the bottle) and expresses the natural, circular and honest way of brewing beer. The Brewery's name is "Ministerbrau" (Minister-brewery), as in the history of the village, where the brewery is located, the former "head farmer" was nicknamend "Minister", as he talked like a politician and liked to inform his fellow citizens in the ways of the world...

Requirements

Must have

• Basic label and variations with color patterns and black&white version, end product: 4 recognizable individual beer labels as briefed.
  Lable design & coloring must fit to brown color of beer bottles (no cans).

Nice to have

• Iconic label that is recognizeable and leaves a first impression...and "thirst" impression....

Should not have

• Beer can labels.
