Logo Design Brief

The house has Amazing view of the Ocean and the Forest it is pretty much at the top of the hill, with a 365-degree view. I am including a logo, but the name is in Spanish "Verde Agua" meaning Aqua Green, and the background of course is in Aqua Green Color which I like since it refers to the color and the location. The border of the background reflects like a paint brush that look unique, and of course in Agua Green Color. In the word "Verde", you could notice in the letter "d" it has like a long plant leaf, inside that leaf I suggest putting green lines to look more of a leaf. In the bottom part of the letter "q" for the word Aqua, there is like an ocean wave, so for me that is unique which I like.
At the bottom of that logo you have the name of "Consumo ecologico", which I want to be replace with Amazing Ocean and Forest View. This should provide more definition of what Aqua Green refers to meaning Aqua for Water & Ocean, and Green for the color of the Forest. Aqua Green should be in bigger letter and Amazing Ocean and Forest View should be in smaller letter like in the attached example logo. Visually I want the name to pop out in order to refer to one place with the name of Aqua Green short and sweet like any major fortune 500 company, and the rest is more like slogan or something to refer to the name. Example: Walmart will be like Aqua Green, and Save money, Live better will be like Amazing Ocean and Forest View. I hope you got what I mean. Be creative and unique. I want the logo to attract people to rent the property not for the amazing amenities that the property provided like an infinity saltwater pool with jacuzzi, etc. . The final logo design should attract people to go ahead and rent the property without considering the house amenity. Something that will be an eye catch that when people browse on different platform the people will stop only to see what is all about with this logo. Impress me and your logo will be the one that I will select. I live in the tropic, so I am very passion people, leaving in the Caribbean, in the Beautiful island of Puerto Rico. The silhouette or border of the design could be in the form of my Island Puerto Rico, the property is in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Be creative, not only what I like but more of what you could create.

Requirements

Must have

• Color should be Aqua Green in the background and letter could be white, like the attache logo, that reflect the color Aqua Green with the actual name of Aqua Green. Please review project description since I provide with more information, plus I include a logo that could help you in the process. The letters should be easy to read. The Agua Green letter should me more style type of letter, like the example that I send. The other wording that star with Amazing… letter should be more serious since is exceedingly long and need to be read easily, again like the example of the logo that I send. For font styles please see other for the attached logo.

Nice to have

• I provide my recommendation based on the logo that I attached, but I want you to improve that logo, and bringing to the next level.

Should not have

• Decorative Letters since it would be difficult to read. Also no Character logo.
