Please I need some clarifications regarding the Brief:
(1) who is the conference for? what would be the audience?
(2) how deep is the room? As in how far away is the farthest seat from the Screen (both distance, and elevation)?
(3) what would be the nature of the content (would it be mostly Discussion Primers, Explanatories, etc)?
(4) what is the native resolution of the unit screens/projectors (16:9, 4:3, 1:1, etc), and should I stick to it?
(5)Based on the brief, I'm assuming that the 100' stage screen is a 6-screen side-by-side setup, with each individual screen able to project its own unique content independent of the others' contents right?

This is for our top producers. Who make the most money
(2) how deep is the room? As in how far away is the farthest seat from the Screen (both distance, and elevation)? Its a room for 4000 people but our screens will be huge with repeat screens towards the back so just a regular powerpoint that I can use for a smaller room too
(3) what would be the nature of the content (would it be mostly Discussion Primers, Explanatories, etc)? Yes, still collecting the data but just the general stuff, you can just add Lipsum and I will fill in the details. I am look for more of the graphic stuff for now. I can do the rest once I get the info

I have yet to collect the data, you can just put Lorem ipsum in there for now I am looking for more of the graphics and style that I can carry through everything else and then as the speakers give me their info I will place it into the PowerPoint.

So I am looking more for the creativity in the graphics at this point to decide which one I will pick.

I dont have all the content yet as I am waiting for the speakers to get it to me, you can just put generic wording in there for right now. I am just looking for the creative portion and then I will fill it in as I get the information
