Kaloha Homes in a newly established new home building company ,our target market is young first home buyers who want higher quality and finishes than what the current market offers this market segment,
The brand image needs to show strength ( security) , yet have a premium look , not cheap "entry level"like some of our competitors, it could also be a "fun type "logo, we would consider a flowing type font For the Word Kaloha, however the word HOMES could be in bold lettering . The word Kaloha has Hawaiian origins, and means love and trust.

Target Market(s)

Target market for our Homes is "Savvy" first home owners, who want a modern first home, rather than a mass produced, lower quality home as some of our competitors offer, as our commitment is that we will only build a limited number of homes per year
