Graphic Design Brief

I am developing a series of writing workshops called Women Rowing North and I need a design for the web page where I will be promoting the workshops. I have found an illustration I like which is copyrighted (attached) and would like something similar. Elements I would like in the design - woman canoeing or kayaking, towards mountains and the midnight sun and would love ripples in the water behind the kayak to indicate forward movement. I would like a still image and a gif version (i.e. ripples in gif) The sun and paddles do not need to glitter like the attached illustration. I would like the design to reflect the look/colours of my website, https://www.agelesspossibilities.org/.

Workshops are geared towards older woman (so older woman in kayak) ages 50 - 75. Concepts to include in design - calm waters, good weather..I want to convey confidence, serenity, love of nature.
