Graphic Design Brief

We need a label design for the front and back of a retail ready 1 pound ground beef brick.
The end size of the labels will be 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches so keep in mind we don't want our logo to end up being too small.
The front label needs to have the following:
Name - 100% Real Ground Beef, 81% Lean, 19% Fat
Florida Cattle Ranchers logo.
website - WWW.FLORIDACATTLERANCHERS.COM
Fresh from Florida logo, horizontal or vertical, which ever fit better into the layout.
Net weight of package (1 LB/16 oz.) must be in the lower 30% of label.
Handling statement = "KEEP REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN" (this must be on the front label)
US Inspection Legend - preferably reworked to have the exact same content and layout with legible text. (this must be on the front label)
The back label needs to have the following:
Safe Handling Instructions.
Nutrition label (ground 81% lean meat).
Distributed by FM Meat Products LP 19798 NE Highway 315 Fort McCoy, FL 32134
Ingredients - 100% ground beef * (add smaller "*Minimally processed, no artificial ingredients")
Please also leave room for a barcode on the back label.

Note: The attached file called "85 15 FMMEAT" is an example of the label we are trying to create for our own brand although they are grass fed and WE ARE NOT grass fed. ALSO WE DO NOT WANT OUR LOGO TO LOOK LIKE THERES AS IT IS SOLD OUT OF THE SAME PLANT BY THE SAME COMPANY.

  Please pay attention to what has to be on the front label (see project description) as it is required by the USDA FSIS rules and regs.

Nice to have

• Possible Claim that can be added = Born, raised and harvested in Florida.
  Note - see the attached file entitled "FCR Design Assets" for the official colors and font names for our logo.
  If you use the photo of the cowboy close up on the horse, please don't center the cowboy in the middle we would love to see the dog etc.

Should not have

• This is not a grass fed program. Grass fed should not appear on this label at all.
  Also we CANNOT make the following claims "No antibiotics ever" or "Family owned ranch in Florida" or "Grass Fed" or "No added hormones"
