Logo Design Brief

We want a logo for a plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine consultation. Elegant but with personality. High probability of subsequently associating the creation of a website with the winner. The logo could be including the name of Dr.Tejeiro or Dr.Juan Tejeiro. It is not essential that the logo itself is centered on the name, as it can be an annex to a designed image.
As a subtitle it would be preferable to include the word plastic surgery.
