Graphic Design Brief

I am a voluntary crises counsellor specialising in PTSD (through Lived experience) - I operate under the name 'The Bullet Proof Counsellor' As that's what I want to make people, through my knowledge and system of help. I am growing bigger and now need a brand starting with a logo. I would like a simple logo which instantly visually shows what i do. Being a Veteran and ex paramedic I help mainly emergency staff and soldiers but NOT exclusively, I also help anyone experiencing trauma from any cause. SO I don't want the design to be too 'military' looking. I'm sry to say I have not starting idea at all, which is why I'm reaching out to creative minds.
