We are providing in home visits to our patients, by taking a regular family physician office visit and converting it a membership program that offers physician care at their fingertips. Wether that's a visit to your home, telephone, or FaceTime, its direct access to your doctor.

We am looking for two versions of a logo: One that only uses Minney Health and the other with the tag line: Direct Primary Care
