Character Design Brief

I need a design for cartoon characters similar to the two art work attached.

I'll need 10 Adult Male Characters
10 Adult Female Characters
8 Kids Characters (4 Male, 4 Females)

So if you want to participate in this competition please send me your one or two designs and if I like your work then I'll ask you to do the rest.
I want to characters to be different ethnic group.

Edit: Please note that the budget of this competition is for drawing all the characters (28 characters). But you can send me one or two design at first if I like your work I'll ask you to do more.

I want the characters without background.
Half body is fine. But I prefer full-body.
