Graphic Design Brief

I require a home page to be designed for my new website.
I DO NOT REQUIRE to build a website. We are a rug company specialising in alpaca wool. It is targeted at the high end of the market and hence the graphics of our page requires to reflect this. Our current page is as per attachment and I think it is too basic.
