Graphic Design Brief

I need to redesign 2 students awards. I need the elements of the letterhead to be incorporated into the Student Awards. I have covered some of the letterhead elements to show just the 4 elements that need to be incorporated: school emblem, school name, "For so much, what shall we repay?", and the 3 coloured ribbon. The awards need to be in colour and the use of the 3 school colours - purple, yellow (gold) and chocolate brown,

I have upload the 2 awards the school presents to students (they are printed on A4 Paper). The first one is the:

(1) Year Adviser Award - this award needs to include the school name; the title: Year Adviser's Award; Award to; Name (where the word is deleted and the office staff type the students name or uploaded names which can be autofilled); for the following achievements; the year (which can be changed an include the day and month (but auto filled); Year Adviser (where the teacher signs their name - see lower left of the award; (also the 5 categories - School Service, Community Service , Sporting Achievements, Leadership, Academic Achievement (these 5 categories must be able to be deleted as a student may receive the Year Adviser's Award for 1 or 2 of the categories)

(2) Principal's Award - all elements of this award need to be included. In this example there's a fake name Trey Martin - this is where the office staff type in the students name or hopefully upload a list of names that are auto filled. The 5 categories need to be retained e.g. School Service, Community Service etc (these can be fixed as they are not deleted; for the following achievements; the year (which can be changed an include the day and month (but auto filled); my name and title,

For the 2 student awards it would be good if the design is in a computer program where the office staff can auto fill students names.

The main goal is to redesign the 2 awards, whilst retaining current elements and include 4 of the elements from the letter head.

Must have

• The elements and school colours mentioned in the description. Would be helpful if the computer program it is contained in allows for auto fill of student names, date, and for the Year Advisers award any one of the five award categories can be removed. To be printed on A4 paper/card
  
  Colours must contain the school colours as mentioned before and the 4 elements of the letterhead. I am trying to have all our communications and awards contain similar elements.
