Logo Design Brief

This is will be the logo for my company. I provide a wide range of services - event management, strategy, marketing, social media, fundraising, social enterprise development, promotions and business development.
This logo will represent the company and myself.
I would like to see an ombré of colour within the logo as I believe the company is inclusive, and cheery. I also would prefer to see some type of a sphere as the logo, with a white and or black background so the simplistic logo will “pop”. I am know Lin as being a connector, happy go lucky and professional.
