Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Mexico called Commercial Lab. Commercial Lab provides sales consulting and training to mid to large companies. It takes out the art and uses science/data-driven approach to provide the most cutting edge sales training to both sales reps and managers as well as providing companies with consulting services that range from structuring a sales team, sales incentive compensation to operating rhythm and CRM usage and best practices. I think the color blue provides a sense of ease and confidence and would like another color added to make it more memorable and give it a sense of innovative/agile (orange?)

Usually B2B companies with mid-large direct sales teams ,where a direct selling effort to end customers is key to deploy their product and/or service. Examples would include most financial services companies/ insurance companies, companies that sell equipment.
