Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo to re position the business from selling generic leadership programmes to selling the ability to develop 8 leadership capabilities (the 8 to be great) in people who are naturally skilled in technical roles. we will also shortly be launching a 100% virtual delivery option when all our programmes have been traditionally classroom. In my head I thought of a 3x3 logo with technical skills in the middle. I have no preference on colours, but the brand values are professional, passionate and people centred.
