Hello project owner, I have few questions to ask however, I think you should guarantee this project that way you can get designers best input. My questions:
1. Do you want a fresh perspective on the design or you want to maintain certain degree of consistency with the existing site?
2. Do you want to use contents from the existing site for the 'Keys by Arcadia' site design?

So Basically you need a 3 pager website for Keys by Arcadia?
Also you need only the PSD file and the pdf file of the design right? your team will handle the development?

Yes to all questions. This is a New look for Keys by Arcadia. I don't want it to have the same colours as my other website and not use the my other logo. I hope that helps.

Yes a fresh look not use the look of the old website. Different colours and not using my other logo. Just Keys by Arcadia. Only can use the same content and then I will make the changes once I own it. I will change it to guarantee.
